Terms of Service

GENERAL
Commission requests are not first come first serve. I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason. If your commission request is accepted I will contact you via your preferred method of contact and we can continue discussing the commission there.PAYMENTS
Payment is required up front and in full before I start the commission.REVISIONS
Major revisions can only be made during the sketch phase. You may only make 3 free revisions per piece. Each additional revision after will be an additional fee depending on complexity. If you do not pay the revision charge, the piece will be finished without your revisions and the commission will be considered complete.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Commissions typically take between two weeks to three months depending on complexity. A rush fee can be applied if you want your piece to be done in one month or less. Art is not my only job and I can be busy outside of commission work. Feel free to touch base with me.USE
You may post the commission on your socials as long as you credit me. You can use the commission as you please in personal-use settings, it may not be used for NFTs, put into AI databases, made into merchandise, or resold in any way including as merchandise. All of those use cases require a separate contract and fee structure. The exception is if you are selling an entire character (e.i. on Toyhouse) my artwork can come with it. I reserve the right to post your commission and utilize it how I please unless other terms are agreed upon.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All commissioned artwork is for personal use only, except in the case of Twitch Assets which may be used on Twitch.tv as a means to secure, advertise, or otherwise incentivize the purchase of Twitch subscriptions to the Client’s channel. Re-sale of any portion of the design is not allowed by the Client. All other rights to be negotiated separately.Artwork may not be used as an NFT, put into an AI database, or resold in any way. I retain full copyright to the final artwork and all progress, as well as all assets created in making the final design, to use for any purposes.REFUNDS
Full refunds are only offered if I have NOT started your commission. Partial refunds may be available early into the art process. Upon cancellation all rights to the design revert back to me.COMMUNICATION
